Project Overview

ELNOV was appointed as the main contractor, responsible for the complete execution of the construction works in accordance with the approved architectural designs, technical specifications, and local regulations.

Scope of Works
- Full Construction Works: Execution of all construction activities required for the completion of the project, including labor, materials, equipment, and implementation in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable regulations.
- On-Site Construction Coordination: Day-to-day coordination of
on-site activities, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow,
adherence to the project schedule, and effective communication among all
stakeholders. - Quality Control and Compliance with Project Specifications: Continuous monitoring and inspection of works to ensure compliance with approved plans, technical specifications, safety standards, and relevant codes, maintaining high quality throughout all construction stages.
